A double-wall chimney is used in the DuraTech chimney system, which is insulated by a layer of ceramic refractory blanket. The inner wall is stainless steel 0.020" thick, and the exterior wall is galvalume 0.02" thick. This UL-listed design has an 8" inner diameter and a 10" outside diameter, allowing for a 2" clearance to combustibles. Twist-lock connections bind the parts together. There is a limited lifetime warranty.
